Karv launched in February 2018 as the newest entrant into a popular space: meal/meat kit subscription services. The latest meat delivery service turned to Matter for a fully-integrated digital, PR and social roll-out.

Situation Analysis

Before unveiling their culinary vision to the world, Matter worked with Karv’s internal creative team to establish an effective brand voice and differentiators to solidify their message on the right platform. To garner a solid database of interested consumers, we developed a synergistic tactical plan involving PR, influencers, email marketing, search marketing and paid social to build buzz ahead of the website launch.


Prior to paid media promotion, Karv was receiving scant website traffic. With a strategic combination of paid search and social media, Matter was able to drastically increase website sessions and time spent on the site. In addition, we were able to convert those visitors into subscribers through tailored messaging and marketing tactics.

Results include:

  • 1,000,000 social impressions in 6 months
  • 300% increase in leads
  • 2 minute average time on website
