Today, however, shifting consumer preferences and emerging technology have necessitated a new approach to brand expression. Modern brands must engage their consumers across a variety of relevant channels using a combination of creative assets, technology and personalized messaging. In this brand video created by Matter, learn more about how Monotype is bringing brands to life, utilizing its full product suite to empower modern brand expression.

Product Launch

Helvetica Now is a new chapter in the story of perhaps the best-known typeface of all time, used by renowned global brands like Target, Toyota, Motorola, Panasonic, Harley Davidson and many more. Even the US government uses Helvetica on its federal tax forms. Monotype, redrew and refit every character of the font family to introduce Helvetica Now: “It has everything we love about Helvetica and everything we need for typography today. This is not a revival. This is not a restoration. This is a statement.”

Matter’s motion graphics team had the opportunity to create the video for the global product launch. The punchy, fun and informative 1-minute video resides on all its channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo, etc.), as well as the lead banner on the landing page for the new typeface.
