Peak 10 Brand Redesign

Peak 10 equips today’s enterprises to meet current and future business challenges through advanced Hybrid IT infrastructures. The Matter creative and PR teams worked with the client to elevate their branding and messaging. The result is a set of brand standards that will advise proper usage of future creative assets and a messaging hierarchy that is clear and concise.

Our creative team experimented with various logo alterations as well as completely new concepts for Peak 10’s rebrand. Ultimately, the client and design team landed on the refined version that modernizes their original logo. The tone-on-tone brand mark ensures a simple but dynamic visual that mimics a three dimensional building angle. The kerning was tightened between the letterforms to give a stronger impact when the logo is brought to any size. These small, yet strategic tweaks help elevate the brand to better represent them as a trusted nationwide organization.

Logo Process

When selecting typography options for Peak 10 it was important to find two typefaces that compliment one another and represent the brand as progressive yet trusted. Sanchez is perfect for headlines with its slab serif and thicker weight, while Work Sans is a simplified sans serif that compliments with its similar lettering structure.

The Peak 10 color palette is designed to create the feeling of a dependable, professional and dynamic brand while bringing a consistent brand look across all materials.

Icons + Imagery

The custom-designed iconography utilizes clean lines while bringing in gradients of brand tones to create a visual hierarchy that helps viewers identify important information. Peak 10’s imagery utilizes a mix of technical and architecturally-based photography to balance between real-life materials and modern perspectives. The sleek architectural photography is angular and dynamic to reflect the  “peak”/building angle in the Peak 10 logo and the forward motion and growth of the company while also coordinating with the brand palette. The technological photography has a shallow depth of field to give a ‘behind-the-scenes’ look and feel.

In an effort to get the rebrand off to a running start the design team created a template for Peak 10’s RFP form. The grid is structured and flexible allowing for endless options and layouts as the brand grows.

In continuation to flow the branding through all touchpoints the team created a balanced Power Point presentation deck that incorporates the modern architectural photography, colors and simple line iconography.
