Situation

Following a successful website design and development project with Matter, Windover sought our expertise in media relations and content creation to increase brand awareness across vertical markets, leverage thought leaders in technology and innovation, and promote their award-winning workplace culture as it prepared to transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Strategy

Matter developed a thought leadership platform for Windover execs and SMEs by feeding media insights and commentary on industry trends. The team also leveraged client success stories and projects (residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality and academic) along with gorgeous photography to highlight Windover’s key differentiators.

Results

Over the course of the three-year PR program, the PR team secured 140 pieces of coverage for Windover, exceeding our program metrics. Coverage appeared in key markets such as education, building and construction, commercial design, hospitality, home design, healthcare and regional press. Highlights include coverage of Windover’s veteran’s housing projects in Forbes, a front-page story in the Boston Globe Business section on their robotic innovations, a feature on a Manchester-by-Sea custom home project in Northshore Home, and in-depth coverage of Windover’s use of BIM, modular and pre-fab construction in Archinect.
